The instrument for the collection of information was the bibliographical research. The bibliographical research if uses basically of the contributions of the diverse authors on one determined subject. (GIL, 1999) 2 2,1 THEORETICAL REFERENCIAL Band of Domain In accordance with DNIT (2006), the road bands of domain are bordering areas to the public way whose use will obey the conditions of security of the transit established by the competent authority.
