If in last times all and any decision related to the education, more respectively to the schools was taken in closed cabinets, without the participation of the interested greaters, today we conquer an autonomy that in them makes constructors of a pertaining to school management where all can think to debate and to search methodologies that an inclusive education provides. (…) way for the insertion, that implies decision, choice, intervention in the reality (p.25) The democratic management must be pautada in the democratic principles, creating canals of dialogue, participation and transparency. The democratic management must readequar the distribution of the power through participation mechanisms, primar for the learning of the pupil and a pedagogical management. The democratic management must be alicerada in the search to incorporate essential values to the life of all the members that are part of the school.
