Currently CONICET magazine like National State autonomous body under the jurisdiction of the Ministry of Science, Technology and Productive Innovation, the Ministry of National Education. Its mission is the promotion and implementation of scientific and technological activities throughout the country and in different areas of knowledge. From Decree No. 1661/96, CONICET government is headed by a Board comprising a Chairman and eight members. The election of members is done by proposing shortlists voted and high consideration of the Executive. Four triads are chosen directly by the researchers of CONICET and the remainder are proposed by institutions of industry, agriculture, universities and institutions of science and technology in the provinces.At the central level administration is completed by Internal Audit Unit, three-Managements Science and Technology Development, Accration and Evaluation and Operational Management, and Advocacy. The rest of the body is integrated with professional management positions for salary bankrupt. CONICET integrate all Execution Units, consisting of Research Institutes, National Research Laboratories and Services (LANAIS) and Regional Centers. CONICET attend in their decisions the advisory bodies of the Grading Board, the Technical Board and Advisory Commissions for large areas of knowledge: natural sciences, social sciences and humanities, life sciences and health, agricultural sciences, engineering and materials and technology advisory committee. Argentina has raised the need to articulate their institutions in a national innovation system for the resolution of specific problems or generation of knowledge of future application.Within the forthcoming framework law that encourages and promotes and the National Plan for Science and Technology SETCIP emanated from the CONICET interinstitutional coordination arises as a means to formulate concrete action plans and setting priorities.
